The extension, which will be installed in your CRM instance, will access records in your CRM instance for the purpose of providing country related information for such records, based on the country related data they contain. This access takes place within your CRM instance.

 

In compliance with the data minimization principle, the only data which will be shared externally (i.e. which will leave your CRM instance) for the purpose of obtaining country related information from our server are the text contents of the country fields of records in the following modules: Leads, Contacts and Accounts.

 

The data stored in the aforementioned country fields is presumed to be of that nature (i.e. names of countries, regions or of any other geographical entity) and, even though we may implement basic safeguards, you are solely responsible for preventing personal data which can uniquely identify individuals and/or companies (such as email addresses, company names, full person names, etc.) from being stored in them.

 

Processing of data as described above ceases upon uninstallation of the extension.
