The bases for lawful data processing by the extension are your consent granted upon purchase of the extension and fulfillment of contract.
The extension, once installed in your CRM instance, will access records in your CRM instance for the purpose of validating the checksum of ABA Routing Numbers in the modules and fields used by the extension, as detailed in its documentation. It may also operate in custom modules if you expressly configure the extension to do so.
The extension operates fully within your Zoho CRM instance and does not send any type of data to third parties, including us, for any purpose, including but not limited to storage, processing, logging, or analytics.
Processing of data as described above ceases upon uninstallation of the extension.
Upon trial or purchase of the extension, your contact information is processed by Zoho Corporation for the purpose of providing the extension to you.
If you authorize Zoho to share your contact information with us, we may use it to contact you via email for support and occasional updates related to the extension. You may revoke this authorization at any time by contacting us.
For all data processing operations in your Zoho CRM instance, including those not related to the extension, the privacy policy of Zoho Corporation applies. You can find it here.
